1. Use of the Site

The Site provides access to an online portfolio of Sam Howard's photography work. This content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the images without express written permission from Sam Howard.

1.2 Booking Photography Sessions
Through this Site, you can book a photography session for a headshot. The booking service allows you to select available dates and times for a session, and submit necessary information to confirm your booking. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a session.

2. Booking and Payment

Upon confirming your session, you may be required to make a payment to secure your booking. Payment can be made through credit/debit card or cash payment on the date of confirmed booking. A full payment or deposit may be required before the session date, depending on the terms specified at the time of booking.

3. Photography Session and Usage

3.1 Ownership of Images
All photographs taken during your session are the property of Sam Howard, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You will be granted a license to use the images for personal purposes, such as social media profiles, resumes, and professional websites. Commercial use of the images requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

3.2 Rights to Use Your Image
By booking a session, you grant Sam Howard the right to use any image(s) taken during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the portfolio, social media, and advertising materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Delivery of Photos
Images will be delivered to you in digital format, typically within 5 days after the session. The delivery method (email, online gallery, etc.) will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

While Sam Howard makes reasonable efforts to ensure the content of the site is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content, including images and descriptions.

4.2 Session Risks
You acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks involved in participating in a photography session, including but not limited to physical injury during a photo shoot or damage to personal property. You agree to release Sam Howard from any liability arising out of such risks, except for cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
